Overview
The primary purpose and scope of this job will be review of product documentation, batch review / release, ensuring GMP compliance and supporting QA Leads in NC / CAPA investigations.
Responsibilities
* Performing routine statistical sampling testing & inspection activities on all production lines including product measurement, destructive testing and dye penetrant testing
* First piece / last piece inspection & approval
* Supports inspection / test related rework activities
* Support NC & CAPA investigation activities
Qualifications
* Good numeracy and literacy skills, capable of performing calculations such as defect percentages.
* Capable of using Office spreadsheet packages for data entry and basic calculations
* Constructive working attitude and diplomatic approach
* Understanding of medical device GMP requirements highly desirable.
Working Conditions
Onsite in Deeside - Production/Manufacturing. Special Factors Supporting other shift patterns where possible.
