Key responsibilities:
As a Receptionist, you’ll support the smooth running of the front desk by:
5. Opening and closing daily shifts
6. Checking guests in and out efficiently
7. Ensuring all billing is accurate and up to date
8. Dealing with guest requests in a professional manner
9. Allocating rooms and managing availability
10. Handling incoming phone calls
11. Completing thorough handovers to the next shift
12. Supporting with any other reasonable requests from your Line Manager
What we’re looking for:
To be successful as a Receptionist, you’ll ideally have:
13. Previous front desk or customer-facing experience
14. Strong communication and organisational skills
15. A calm, professional approach when dealing with guests
16. Confidence using booking or billing systems
17. Your own transport to be able to travel to the location
