Chef de Partie - Leatherhead
As part of our Culinary Department, you'll be joining as our Pastry Chef de Partie, producing high-quality plated desserts, pastries and confectionary to support both the Japanese Grill restaurant and the wider Estate including hotel events, VIP functions, and seasonal offerings. Your talent will ensure our guests have the best dining experience here at Beaverbrook.
Who you are:
* NVQ level 3 or equivalent in Patisserie preferred
* Proven experience in a similar role within 5* luxury hospitality is desirable
* Strong technical pastry knowledge including creams, gels, chocolate work, frozen desserts, and plated dessert execution.
* Attention to detail, efficient and responsible
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining calm and structured workflow.
* Interest in or openness to Japanese flavours, techniques, and aesthetics.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver multiple outlets' needs.
Salary: 32,000 per annum plus tronc.
Shift Pattern:
This position will be working any 5 out of 7 days a week.
