Are you experienced in Customer Service team leader with a background in logistics and ready to challenge yourself with a company who pride themselves on innovation.
I am looking for an experienced key point of contact for both clients and internal staff to join our client who are renowned for driving improvement in the industry. They love collaborating with their staff and your voice will be heard in suggesting new ideas and ways of making your work life better.
You will play a key role in keeping key clients happy, as well as being the point of contact for drivers. You will be used to supervising a team, offering support and guidance where required as well as keeping everyone motivated. You will complete team training to ensure everyone is hitting their potential.
In such a fast moving industry you will have to be adaptable and agile as plans can quickly change to fit the businesses need – this is something which won’t fluster or stifle you.
You will have great attention to detail, as you ensure all of the general administration is implemented correctly. You will also be a problem solver- if an issue arises with a customers load, you will be on hand to offer solutions.
This is an office based role in Purfleet, so you will need to currently be commutable to the office. It is a Monday to Friday role working 9am-6pm, although there may be a need to be flexible around holiday cover.
Salary wise you will be looking at between £35 and £40K depending on experience and there are lots of other perks that come with the role too!
