As a specialist provider, we adopt a therapeutic approach based on DDP and PACE, prioritising children's needs. You will lead Support Workers, oversee daily staffing, promote our ethos, and support high standards of care.
Requirements Include
* At least 1 year of residential childcare experience
* Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare or equivalent
* Resilience, compassion, and confidence managing challenging behaviour
* Flexibility for rota including evenings, weekends, holidays
* Valid UK driving licence
