Job Role: Cleaning Supervisor Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 15:00-18:30 (17.5 hours per week) Pay: £13.59 per hour Location: Percy Hedley - Northern Counties School, Tankerville Terrace, Jesmond, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE2 3BB Reporting to: Operations Manager Overview An exciting opportunity has arisen at Anchor Group Services, for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join the cleaning team at our site in Newcastle The successful candidate will be responsible for the onsite cleaning teams, ensuring the highest of cleaning standards are adhered to at all times. You will be required to carry out a range of cleaning tasks, safely and professionally, to a high standard. You must be able to demonstrate good attention to detail, have the ability to communicate on all levels and provide flexibility to cover additional shifts, as and when required. The successful candidate will require Enhanced DBS clearance before starting. Duties include: Supervising the cleaning team Arranging cover for annual leave and other absences Cleaning of designated areas, ensuring the agreed cleaning specification is completed, as per the site instructions Fulfilling all H&S and COSHH requirements Dealing with customer requests promptly and courteously, offering superb customer service Monitoring all cleaning equipment and machinery, and reporting any issues Carrying out any other reasonable management requests Requirements Previous supervisory experience Previous cleaning experience in care setting.
