Were looking for an experienced Roofing Supervisor / Surveyor / Site Manager to oversee roofing works across multiple locations in London & Home Counties.This is a hybrid role with a mix of on-site supervision and surveying and office-based work. Flexibility is key as days on-site and in office will vary each week.Youll be travelling between sites, checking quality, surveying works, supporting operatives and subcontractors, and ensuring jobs are correctly recorded and progressed on the system.This role suits someone with strong roofing knowledge who is comfortable using a computer and understands the importance of accurate job coding, reporting, and system updates.The RoleThe purpose of the role is to ensure roofing works are delivered safely, to standard, and right first time. Youll act as the link between site delivery and the office, making sure surveys, variations, photos, and job updates are captured properly and coded correctly.Youll be trusted to work independently, manage your own workload, and travel across multiple sites as required.Key ResponsibilitiesCarrying out site visits to inspect and supervise roofing worksSurveying roofing repairs and replacements and specifying required worksManaging operatives and subcontractors on siteEnsuring works meet quality, safety, and contractual standardsIdentifying additional works and variations where requiredAccurately coding works and updating job records on the systemUploading photos, survey notes, and completion detailsLiaising with schedulers, supervisors, and office teamsAttending the office for planning, reporting, and reviewsTravelling regularly between sites across the operating areaEssential Skills & ExperienceStrong background in roofing (supervisory, surveying, or site management)Experience working in domestic or social housing environmentsComfortable using computers, tablets, and job management systemsAbility to accurately code works, complete reports, and maintain recordsFull UK driving licence and willingness to travel across London & Home CountiesGood communication and organisational skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple sitesWhy This Role?Varied role with a balance of site and office workHigh level of autonomy and responsibilityOpportunity to progress into senior supervisory or management rolesStable workload across ongoing roofing programmesWhat We OfferCompany van and fuel card provided (business use)28 days annual leave per calendar year (including public holidays)Progression opportunities into senior rolesIf you have strong roofing experience, are comfortable with technology, and want a role that gives you responsibility, variety, and mobility, wed like to hear from you.TPBN1_UKTJ
