Job Description:
What you'll be doing:
* Designing, configuring, developing, and integrating vendor applications to provide robust network management solutions for multiple network devices and host infrastructure.
* Demonstrating enthusiasm for self-development and broadening knowledge in new technology areas.
* Utilising experience in physical and virtual host infrastructures to ensure a resilient platform for hosted applications.
* Delivering design changes, improvements, and updates supporting product lifecycles.
* Implementing end-to-end solutions to meet operational goals.
* Executing against the project technical roadmap and delivery plan.
You'll definitely have:
* Experience in building and deploying network and infrastructure management & monitoring tools with strong knowledge of SNMP, syslog, and IP networking.
* Experience deploying multi-vendor applications and integrating products (security tools, directory services, backup solutions).
* Experience building systems/applications to security standards, with high and low-level design documentation.
You might even have:
Skills that are beneficial but not mandatory include:
* Scripting and API integration for application toolsets.
* IT infrastructure skills including Microsoft and Red Hat OS, deployment tools like VMware.
* Active Directory, Group Policy deployment.
* VMware deployment and management.
* PKI certificate deployment.
* Storage solutions and SAN networking.
* Database skills (SQL, Oracle) with high availability.
