About the Role As our Registered Manager, you will lead and oversee the daily operations of our care service, ensuring the delivery of exceptional, person-centred care to older adults. You’ll be a confident leader, excellent communicator, and experienced professional capable of managing a dynamic team in a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a team of 15+ care and support staff, providing strong leadership and day-to-day operational oversight.
* Ensure high standards of person-centred care across our 25 + bed domiciliary service.
* Monitor compliance with CQC regulations and internal quality standards.
* Conduct assessments, develop individual care plans, and regularly review support needs with residents and their families.
* Promote a culture of dignity, respect, and empowerment.
* Oversee risk assessments and ensure up-to-date, secure documentation.
* Support staff development through ongoing training and mentoring.
* Act as the main point of contact for residents, families, and professionals.

What You’ll Bring
* Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a care home or domiciliary care setting.
* NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
* Strong background in elderly care (either in the community or residential settings).
* Current or pending CQC registration.
* Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
* Ability to thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment.
* Full, clean UK driving licence (company car available if needed).
* Valid Enhanced DBS on the update service.
* Right to work in the UK (please note: we do not offer sponsorship ).
