Overview

Investigation Officer position at the University of Warwick. This role leads on a range of complex employment-related investigations and builds and oversees a network of trained investigators from the existing staff cohort to ensure best practices, fairness, compliance, and trauma-informed approaches across casework.

About You

The successful candidate will have significant experience managing HR investigations, ideally within a higher education or similarly complex organisation, and a strong understanding of trauma-informed practices and their application to sensitive cases. About The Department

The post sits within the Employee Relations (ER) Team, a Centre of Excellence responsible for managing the University’s Industrial Relations strategy and relationships with recognised Trade Unions. The ER team works closely with the People Operations Team and Strategic People Partners to support effective management of complex employee relations issues.
