Responsibilities
As a South Indian Chef, you will be responsible for:
Authentic South Indian Dishes
Fusion & Arabic Additions
Kitchen Operations:
* Oversee daily kitchen preparation and inventory
* Uphold hygiene and vegetarian handling standards
* Train and supervise junior kitchen staff
* Ensure consistent presentation and taste across all dishes
Qualifications
Minimum 2–3 years of experience cooking authentic South Indian cuisine
Able to maintain high volume production without compromising quality
Passionate about regional spices, traditional recipes, and cooking from scratch
Team leader with strong communication and time management skills
Food hygiene certification
