A leading investment manager is recruiting for a maternity cover within their EMEA Client Reporting Services team is seeking a Client Reporting Analyst on a fixed-term basis to cover parental leave. The role focuses on delivering high-quality, accurate, and timely client reporting across multiple asset classes.
The Analyst will be responsible for producing standard and customised reporting, coordinating deliverables with outsourced teams, and liaising with internal stakeholders. Acting as a subject matter expert, the Analyst will work closely with client service teams, operations, and other business areas to ensure reporting excellence.
Qualifications & Experience
* 5+ years of relevant experience in the investment management industry, particularly in client reporting.
* Proven ability to collaborate effectively with offshore/outsourced teams.
* Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Excel (intermediate to advanced).
* Excellent quantitative, analytical, and communication skills.
* Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple assignments under strict deadlines.
* Demonstrated knowledge of capital markets, investment products, and processes.
* Professional, positive, and collaborative attitude.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and coordinate production of client reports prepared by outsourced teams.
* Produce recurring and customised client reporting, including performance, attribution, holdings, commentary, and other agreed deliverables.
* Peer review deliverables to ensure accuracy and consistency.
* Liaise with offshore analysts and internal stakeholders to manage deliverables, analyse data, and investigate incidents.
* Act as an internal subject matter expert for client reporting.
* Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
* Contribute to or lead ad hoc projects.
* Represent the Client Reporting team with stakeholders across the business.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally.
* Work extensively with internal and external systems and databases.
