Tiny Tots Recruitment is thrilled to partner with an exceptional childcare provider in their search for a passionate and experienced Nursery Manager to lead their well-established, 47-place nursery in Baughurst.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and inspire a team of 19 staff members to deliver exceptional care and education.
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the 47-place nursery, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
* Develop and implement engaging learning opportunities aligned with the EYFS framework.
* Safeguard and promote the health, safety, and well-being of all children in the setting.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with families, staff, and external agencies.
* Drive quality improvements and ensure the nursery continues to achieve high standards.
Key Attributes and Requirements:
* Proven leadership experience in early years settings.
* Extensive knowledge of the EYFS framework and best practices in childcare.
* Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent) is essential; Level 5 or above is highly desirable.
* Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
* A genuine passion for providing outstanding childcare and leading a dedicated team.
* A proactive and professional approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
