PAYE Pay Rates:
Over 38 hrs Mon‑Fri and Sat am: £23.61‑£27.86/hr
Sat pm and Sun all hours: £31.48‑£36.90/hr
The Role
Integrate Engineering are recruiting for additional Fabricators on behalf of our client, a leader in the marine engineering sector, for workshop positions in Pembroke. Duties will include:
* Understand and interpret engineering drawings
* Measure, cut, shape, and tack weld Steel/Aluminium steel components to create structural supports and frameworks
* Assemble Steel/Aluminium parts using various tools and machinery, ensuring precision and adherence to design specifications
* Ensure work is to a standard to ensure quality end product
Qualifications
* Relevant NVQ/City & Guilds qualifications or time served fabricator
* Thorough, methodical and proactive
* Able to work as a member of a team and under own initiative
* Able to demonstrate an ability to visualise ideas from verbal/written instructions
* Experience in a similar role
* Understanding of common production practices relating to metal fabrication
* The ability and desire to work to strict project deadlines is essential
