We are seeking a reliable, friendly, and passionate Senior Therapist to help manage and inspire our talented spa team. Your Responsibilities Will Include:
* Providing 5-star, hands-on therapies to guests throughout their spa journey.
* Anticipating and responding to client needs and expectations.
* Delivering outstanding client care and enhancing every guest's experience.
* Performing beauty and spa treatments to the highest standards.
* Maintaining confidentiality, hygiene, and health & safety protocols at all times.
* Keeping up-to-date product knowledge on our treatments and spa packages.
* Supporting and managing staff when required, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Requirements:
* NVQ Level 2 (Level 3 preferred), BTEC, or equivalent in Beauty Therapy.
* Previous management or assistant management experience is an advantage.
