Commercial Manager Heavy Civils / Bulk Earthworks / Major Infrastructure Location HS2 Aylesbury - South East Package £75k - £85k + car allowance / company vehicle + pension + wider package (depending on experience) Overview A major earthworks contractor is looking to appoint a Commercial Manager to lead the commercial function across large-scale bulk earthworks and infrastructure projects. This role would suit an experienced commercial professional with a strong contractor-side background in earthworks, heavy civils, infrastructure or major enabling works, who is comfortable taking ownership of commercial performance across live projects, leading teams, managing risk, and protecting margin in delivery-focused environments. The role sits within a specialist earthworks business delivering bulk excavation, fill, capping, soil treatment, stabilisation and restoration packages on nationally significant infrastructure schemes.
