They have an exciting opportunity for an Architectural Technician to assist them as part of the technical team in the Northwest region, based from Liverpool
Reporting to the Technical Director the Architectural Technician is a core role within the technical team and is the main contact hub with the Planning and NHBC Portals for the team and also the invoice tracking system and document management system controller to ensure a reliable and consistent approach is maintained with these vital systems.
The main purpose of the role is to provide architectural support and technical guidance for both regional office and site-based operations.
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
1. Preparation of working drawings and provide details for site operations and manage design details for bespoke units
