Job Description: This is a key role within Global Leasing Front Line Unit (FLU), responsible for driving delivery and governance of business-funded technology initiatives. The position will ensure that FLU driven technology solutions fully meet business needs and support the development of systems, processes, and tools across the platform. The role will also identify and champion opportunities for business-enabled process optimization arising from fully implemented technology solutions. Role activities and responsibilities will include: On behalf of Global Leasing Front Line Unit (FLU), lead and oversee business-funded technology projects from initiation through deployment, ensuring solutions are aligned with strategic FLU business objectives. Manage alignment of FLU technology budgets with key FLU technology development priorities. Manage and drive to completion FLU funded technology projects, including major system migrations and platform transformations. Represent FLU on in-flight technology projects, including global migration to ALFA. Partner with FLU, operations, finance and technology stakeholders to develop comprehensive business requirement documentation for technology enhancements and new system implementations. Work with Global Leasing Business Segments to translate operational and business needs into actionable specifications for Technology partners. Drive remediation plans where technology/system of record or process deficiencies are identified as root causes of operational or risk issues. Deliver executive-level reporting across in-flight initiatives, including status updates, risk identification, issue escalation, and timely resolution. Establish and maintain strategic relationships with internal Technology, GIS, Operations, Finance and GCIB COO business partners. Manage annual technology budgeting and prioritization processes in partnership with Technology, Finance, and COO groups. Ensure strong FLU governance and oversight across technology change projects, with a focus on risk, controls, and delivery discipline. Required skills: 5 Years experience in a regulated banking or equipment financing environment, with a focus on business process understandings and/or technology integrations. Demonstrated experience in capturing business requirements and translating these into technology/system of record solutions. Proven track record of leadership, collaboration or project management between a line of business and technology partners on system enhancements or implementations, in a regulated banking environment. Proven ability to influence, collaborate and build trusted relationships across all levels of management and with key global cross functional partners. Ability to address global complex issues and drive timely decisions, knowing when to engage others for additional input, and when to act independently. Excellent presentation and communication skills (verbal, written and interpersonal). Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a dynamic environment. Demonstrated ability to deliver results, whilst maintaining effective governance, oversight and controls.
