Honeycomb is working with a luxury hospitality provider to recruit an Operations Coordinator on a permanent basis. This role offers the opportunity to work in a high-end establishment that prioritizes customer experience. Located in Lincoln, the role involves customer service, administration, and operational duties to ensure guests receive seamless service and effective communication. Responsibilities include updating bookings, advising guests, coordinating with housekeeping to maintain high standards, and identifying areas for improvement. The ideal candidate will have hospitality experience, preferably from hotels or similar settings, possess a positive attitude, and be confident in stakeholder communication. Experience from restaurants or tourism sectors will also be considered. The salary is £35,000 per annum.
