Job Title: Residential Support Officer
Reports To: Director
We are looking for someone who is compassionate and proactive to provide support and guidance to tenants. Your role is vital in fostering a sense of community within our HMOS.
Responsibilities
* Provide ongoing support and assistance to tenants, addressing their concerns and needs.
* Conduct regular check ins with tenants and identify any issues.
* Mediates conflicts between tenants.
* Ensure tenants comply with property rules and regulations.
* Assist tenants in accessing community resources and support services.
* Report any incidents or concerns to the appropriate people.
* Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions and support activities.
Qualifications
* Proof of experience in some sort of support role/a role working with vulnerable and/or difficult people.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to empathise with everyone, regardless of age, religion or ethnic background.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements
* Full UK driving license
* Ability to travel
