We’re looking for someone with experience one or more of the below areas of Workforce Transformation: · Talent: experience developing and implementing career frameworks/pathways, designing talent development initiatives, assessing capability needs, and executing job evaluations. · Learning: skilled at developing and applying expertise in skills and learning frameworks, learning strategy, learning needs assessment, Learning Management Systems and Learning Experience Platforms. · Strategic workforce planning: experience working on complex HR datasets, designing and developing/modelling workforce planning solutions to meet specific customer requirements. · Culture: experience with culture assessments, end-to-end organisational culture transformation projects and/or cultural shift projects as part of implementing a new technology, an operating model or ways of working (i.e., agile, hybrid). As part of your role you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the business and your own personal growth, through activities that form part of the following categories: · Business Development – Leading/contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitch contribution, client hosting at events.· Internal contribution – Campaign development, internal think-tanks, whitepapers, practice development (operations, recruitment, team events & activities), offering development.· Learning & development – Training to support your career development and the skills demand within the company, certifications etc.YOUR PROFILEWe'd love to meet with someone with: · Proven ability to be successful in a matrixed organisation, and to enlist support and commitment from peers in selling and delivering consulting solutions. · Currently working in a major Consulting firm, or in industry, having previously worked in a Consulting role.· Currently holds or is eligible for security clearance. · Understanding and delivery experience in key workforce interventions such career frameworks, DEI, skills and capabilities, learning, up/reskilling, people/workforce strategy, operational and strategic workforce planning, behavioural and mindset change. · Skilled at establishing brilliant working relationships with client and teams – helping us achieve the highest standards of quality and widening our reach. · Knowledgeable of and excited about trends in the talent/workforce and passionate about ideating innovative and unique industry leading solutions for our clients. · Experienced in proposition building and delivery. Desirable Skills (not essential): · Can effectively utilise data analytics to measure the effectiveness and business impacts of client’s people focused functions and drive innovative solutions for clients. · Experience in Workforce tech: Workforce Analytics platforms such as Faethm, Anaplan, Culture platforms such as Human Synergistics or Peakon, Learning Platforms such as Cornerstone, Workday Learning, Success Factors and/or HR and Talent Management platforms such as Success Factors, Workday, Gloat or others.WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT WOKRING HERE:No matter the project or customer, your work will have a meaningful impact on society, businesses and lives.
