Finance Business Partner
Job Duties:
* Provide financial guidance and support to various departments within the organisation
* Develop and maintain financial models to aid decision-making processes
* Supporting budget holders in interpreting their responsibilities for financial governance, control and risk management
* Prepare and present financial reports to senior management
* Monitor and analyse financial performance against budget
* Identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements
Required Qualifications:
* Professional qualification such as CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or CCAB
* Demonstrated experience in a Finance Business Partner role
* Strong understanding of financial principles and practises
* Strong communication and presentation skills
Knowledge and Skills:
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
* Proficiency in financial ERP software such as SAP or Oracle and Microsoft Excel
