We are now seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join us at our Stockport base. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales leadership and ready to take ownership of building and driving a motivated sales team.
The Role
As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Expanding, managing, and inspiring a sales team to achieve ambitious growth targets.
* Designing and delivering ongoing sales training to ensure team success.
* Setting clear sales targets and KPIs, and monitoring performance against them.
* Creating and presenting regular reports for senior management.
* Supporting and motivating the team through effective coaching, mentoring, and recognition.
* Developing strategies to grow new business and strengthen existing client relationships.
* Handling day-to-day sales management responsibilities to keep the team aligned and focused.
About You
We're looking for someone with:
* Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Senior Sales role (preferably in aesthetics, beauty, health & wellness, or a related industry).
* it is essential that you are familiar with CRM systems, with HubSpot a distinct advantage (though not essential).
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, train, and grow a team.
* Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
* A results-driven mindset and experience working to targets.
* Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach.
* A passion for the aesthetics and non-invasive treatments industry is a big plus.
