Role Overview:

The Operations Manager will oversee both office and field-based teams, ensuring optimal performance, adherence to safety standards, and exceptional customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will drive operational excellence, lead process improvements, and foster a culture of continuous development and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily operations across office and field teams.
* Ensure internal and client-specific KPIs are consistently met.
* Manage workflows to maintain efficiency, quality, and safety standards.
* Lead, mentor, and develop the team to meet operational and strategic objectives.
* Conduct employee appraisals and performance reviews.
* Manage budgets, support financial goals, and identify cost-saving initiatives.
* Drive compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
* Maintain proactive and professional communication with clients.
* Attend regular client review meetings.
* Conduct field audits to ensure quality and health & safety compliance.
Skills & Experience Required:
* Proven leadership and management experience within the mechanical, electrical, building services, or facilities management industry.
* Strong decision-making, organisational, and team development abilities.
* Demonstrated success in KPI achievement and process improvement.
* Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required.
