This key role involves overseeing and managing all hygiene and sanitation protocols across the production facility and offices, ensuring full compliance with industry-leading standards in biosecurity, animal welfare, and food safety. You will lead a dedicated hygiene team, implement robust cleaning procedures, carry out internal audits, and coordinate closely with site management. The role operates on an evening shift, with a requirement to cover 1 in 4 Sundays—paid as overtime or available as TOIL.
