Our client is opening a brand-new SEND Secondary School in September 2025 in Surrey for young people aged 11-16 with social communication, emotional regulation and sensory processing needs, typically associated with Autism. You will play a key role in ensuring the school buildings, grounds, and equipment are maintained to a high standard, supporting the safety, well-being and learning environment of pupils and staff. Key Responsibilities Carry out day-to-day maintenance, repairs and inspections of buildings, grounds and equipment. Manage and respond to maintenance requests using online ticketing systems. Support with planned maintenance, record findings, and take action where required. Maintain safe storage and use of tools, materials and chemicals in line with COSHH regulations.
