What’s the role?As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll step into the classroom when teachers are absent, ensuring lessons run smoothly and students stay engaged. You don’t need to be a qualified teacher—just someone with the confidence to manage groups of 15+ students and keep learning on track.
Who we’re looking for
1. Individuals with experience leading or managing groups, whether in schools, sports coaching,munity centres, or youth organisations (football, rugby, Cubs, Girl Guides, etc.)
2. Strongmunication and classroom management skills
3. A positive, proactive attitude and genuine interest in education
Pay & Perks
4. Up to £100 per day (maximum rate)
