As we continue to expand, we are looking to bring in a junior engineer who can develop with the business and play a key role in delivering technically sound and practical solutions.

This is an excellent opportunity for a junior engineer to gain hands‑on experience across both technical and project‑based aspects of groundwater control.

* Assisting in the development of groundwater control and dewatering strategies
* Liaising with external consultants, contractors, and regulatory bodies

* Some relevant experience (e.g. placement year, internship, or 1–3 years in industry)
* Basic understanding of ground conditions, geotechnical reports, or groundwater principles
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Desirable (but not essential):
* Exposure to geotechnical or environmental consultancy work
* Familiarity with groundwater behaviour or dewatering methods
* Experience with pumping tests or site monitoring
* Basic report writing or technical documentation experience
* Knowledge of software such as Excel, AutoCAD, or GIS
