Kinetic plc are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Assembly Operative to join a growing manufacturing business in Bolton, specialising in the production of medical units. This is a hands on role that requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to follow technical instructions precisely.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assemble a range of medical products to required specifications
* Inspect components and finished units to ensure quality standards are met
* Read and interpret Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), technical drawings, and diagrams
* Use a variety of hand and power tools in daily tasks
* Perform general assembly duties in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
* Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety protocols
Skills & Experience Required:
* Previous experience in engineering, manufacturing, or assembly is essential
* Excellent timekeeping and attendance record
* Positive and enthusiastic approach to work
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines
* Good housekeeping skills and an understanding of workplace cleanliness and safety
Additional Information:
* Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm
* Pay rate: £14.06 per hour
* Contract type: Temporary to permanent opportunity for the right candidate
