As a Showroom Consultant based in Solihull you’ll be responsible for:* Welcoming and assisting customers in the bathroom showroom, identifying their needs and recommending appropriate products to suit their requirements.* Responding to customer queries via phone and email with a proactive, friendly approach and delivering outstanding service.* Proactively generating sales leads to drive new business opportunities for the showroom.* Maintaining a clean, organised showroom that showcases our product range in the best possible way.This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm along with every other Saturday 8am - 12 noon.And here’s what we’d like you to have:* Previous experience in the industry or a showroom environment is beneficial but not essential — full training will be provided.* Excellent communication skills, with a focus on achieving results and delivering excellent customer service.* Confidence in discussing customer ideas, explaining product features and matching products to customer needs.* Willingness to learn and grow within the role.* Basic computer literacyWe look forward to receiving your application!The Wolseley Group is a leading plumbing, heating, cooling and infrastructure trade specialist merchant, which employs over 5,500 people across the UK and Ireland, spanning 10 brands.
