About the Role
You'll be a key part of our parts team, supporting both the workshop and our valued retail and trade customers. The role includes:
* Serving our technicians, trade customers, and members of the public
* Handling incoming calls and email enquiries
* Identifying, sourcing, and ordering parts accurately
* Managing deliveries and stock
* Keeping everything organised behind the scenes
What We're Looking For
We're ideally looking for someone with experience in the motor trade or as a Parts Advisor. Familiarity with parts lookup systems and the Pinnacle DMS would be a bonus, but full training is provided. More importantly, we're after someone who:
* Has great attention to detail and excellent numeracy skills
* Is physically fit and ready for a hands-on role
* Enjoys learning and working as part of a team
* Has a professional and friendly telephone manner
* Holds a full driving licence (preferred)
Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
Saturday mornings: on a rota basis
