Locations: London, Herefordshire, Essex, Kent, Sussex Job Type: Full-time About the Role: As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and compliance of electrical systems within social housing properties. Qualifications and Experience: Full UK Driving Licence (essential) City & Guilds 2330 Level 3 (or equivalent) City & Guilds 2391 Test and Inspection (or equivalent) City & Guilds 2382 18th Edition Wiring Regulations Own hand tools, power tools, and a calibrated multimeter (preferred) Proven experience in carrying out EICRs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience working within social housing (desirable) Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6am to 6pm, all overtime for travel paid @£15 per hour Overtime and weekend work may be required to meet client needs and targets Oncert Ltd is an Equal Opportunities employer.
