Responsibilities
* Lead high-profile projects from feasibility through to final account
* Oversee teams delivering full pre- and post-contract services
* Maintain and grow client relationships, acting as a key contact
* Support business development and contribute to strategic growth
* Mentor and guide junior and mid-level surveyors, including APC candidates
* Drive best practices across cost planning, contract administration, and procurement
Candidate Requirements
* MRICS qualified with 8+ years' experience in a consultancy environment
* Proven track record of delivering complex, high-value projects in London
* Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
* Strong leadership, commercial awareness, and team management abilities
* In-depth knowledge of JCT and NEC forms of contract
* A strategic mindset with ambition for further progression
