TLB Consulting is supporting a modern, client-focused law firm in the search for a Family Lawyer to join their growing team.

The Role
You will manage your own caseload of family law matters, providing expert legal advice and guidance to clients during sensitive and often complex situations.
Matters will include (but are not limited to):
* Divorce and separation
* Financial settlements
* Private children matters
* Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
* Cohabitation disputes
You will also play a key role in building strong client relationships and contributing to the continued growth of the firm.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a varied caseload of family law matters independently
* Provide clear, empathetic, and practical legal advice
* Deliver exceptional client care
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Work collaboratively within a growing team
* Contribute to business development and networking activities
About You
* Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (ideally 3+ years PQE, but open to discussion)
* Strong experience in family law
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A client-focused and empathetic approach
* Ability to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision
* Ambitious and motivated, with a desire to grow and potentially lead a team
