Parts Telesales Executive Vacancy - Heathrow
Are you experienced in automotive parts sales and looking for a new opportunity? Our client is seeking a dedicated Parts Telesales Executive to join their busy team based in the Heathrow area. This position offers a fantastic chance to utilise your customer service skills and automotive knowledge to support a dynamic Parts department and deliver exceptional service to customers.
Our Client is offering the successful Parts Telesales Executive:
1. £34,000 Salary OTE
2. Monday To Friday 8am - 5pm / 8.30am - 5.30pm
3. 1 Saturday In 4 (8am - 12pm)
4. Commercial Vehicle Dealership Parts Department
5. Automotive Parts / Telesales Experience Required
6. 23 Days Holiday + Birthday Off + Bank Holidays
Duties of the Parts Telesales Executive:
7. Engaging proactively in outbound sales calls to both new and existing customers, promoting parts sales.
8. Identifying customer requirements and advising on suitable parts solutions
9. Managing the booking and tracking of incoming and outgoing parts
10. Locating parts out of stock and thinking creatively to source appropriate solutions
11. Processing payments and ensuring accurate billing of parts
12. Preparing, packaging, and shipping parts back to manufacturers as required
13. Preparing quotations and following up to maximise conversions
14. Working collaboratively with the Parts and Aftersales teams
15. Achieving individual and team sales targets
16. Maintaining accurate records on internal systems such as Autoline/Kerridge
Experienced Required:
17. Proven experience in parts sales, telesales, or similar customer-facing sales roles, ideally within automotive or commercial vehicle sectors.
18. Confident and professional telephone manner
19. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
20. Driven and proactive with a strong organised approach
21. Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team
22. Good IT skills with attention to detail
23. Proficient in using Keyloop/Kerridge or similar dealership management systems
