OBJECTIVE:
To identify and develop new business opportunities and revenue streams within the retail sector and provide high-level account management to existing customers, ensuring consistent growth and brand representation aligned with our clients strategic goals.
Role and Responsibilities
Achieve individual monthly and annual sales revenue targets through new business acquisition and account growth within the retail sector.
Identify and engage with key decision-makers across retail environments, including supermarkets, department stores, shopping centers, and other relevant retail outlets.
Achieve lead generation targets by identifying and pursuing high-potential retail clients.
Prepare and deliver estimates, quotations, and cost proposals that meet the clients requirements while maintaining profitability.
Handle incoming enquiries efficiently, ensuring prompt responses and professional follow-up.
Secure and manage customer appointments to establish and maintain long-term client relationships.
