Our client in financial services is looking for a proactive and experienced IT Contract Manager to join their team, supporting supplier relationships and governance activities. This hands‑on role focuses on managing relationships with key suppliers and ensuring contract performance and alignment with business needs. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a regulated environment and enjoys balancing structured governance with dynamic problem solving.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage supplier relationships and performance across contracts.
* Lead governance activities and ensure compliance with regulatory and risk frameworks.
* Support contract changes, transformation programmes, and business unit initiatives.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure contract alignment and delivery.
* Provide advice and insight on supplier risk, operational resilience, and contract value.
* Think creatively to solve challenges without relying solely on RFPs or sourcing materials.
What They Are Looking For
* Solid experience in contract management and vendor/supplier governance.
* Understanding of third‑party risk and regulatory environments.
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to advise and influence.
* Experience in application maintenance or IT service contracts is highly desirable.
