The Work Assist on a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, including sales, purchases and leases Draft and negotiate contracts and ancillary documentation Review property titles and leases, preparing detailed client reports Support on development agreements and property management matters Act for a diverse client base including developers, investors, corporates and HNW individuals Maintain regular client contact, delivering clear and pragmatic advice Collaborate with colleagues across the wider firm on complex matters Support business development initiatives and client relationship building Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to the overall teams development Your Experience Scottish Real Estate Lawyer with a minimum of 3 years PQE Experience handling commercial property matters Strong drafting skills with a commercial mindset Confident communicator with good client-care skills Organised, proactive and keen to take ownership of work Interest in developing long-term client relationships and progressing within a growing team Why This Role?
