Role Description
This is a full‑time, remote Sales Tech role offering 30 percent commission based in Bolton. The Sales Tech will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, conducting product demonstrations, training clients on solutions, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure excellent service and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Strong Customer Service and Communication skills for building relationships and understanding client needs
* Proven Sales and Negotiation skills to close deals effectively and achieve targets
* Experience in Training clients on technology and related solutions
* Ability to work collaboratively with teams and to adapt in a fast-paced environment
* Familiarity with biotechnology or life sciences industries is an advantage
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field preferred
* Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset
* Proficiency with CRM and sales tools is a plus
