Due to continued growth, the firm is now recruiting Clinical Negligence Solicitors to join its expanding and well established team.

The Role
You will manage a claimant clinical negligence caseload, handling matters from instruction through to resolution or litigation.
The work is meaningful and often complex, involving serious injury and challenging medical issues. You will be supported by an experienced infrastructure of medical experts, counsel and specialist support teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Managing a clinical negligence caseload independently
• Drafting pleadings and key litigation documents
• Negotiating settlements and preparing cases for trial
• Liaising with clients, medical experts and counsel
• Delivering clear, compassionate and practical advice
• Maintaining compliant and accurate case records
• Contributing to departmental performance and service delivery
There will also be opportunities to contribute more broadly to the team, including mentoring colleagues and supporting complex, high value cases.
About You
The firm is open to candidates from a range of backgrounds and will tailor the role accordingly.
You will ideally be:
• A qualified solicitor or equivalent with clinical negligence experience
• Confident managing your own files and progressing cases proactively
• A strong drafter and communicator
• IT literate and comfortable with case management systems
• Collaborative and supportive in your approach
