Overview
Corporate Trust Relationship Manager III at UMB Bank. This role supports the Corporate Trust team by acting as the main point of contact for clients and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The position provides highly complex support to a group of large trustee clients with the most complex needs, handling administrative issues and supporting senior level client staff.
Responsibilities
* Build relationships and continuously engage with customers to provide support and resolve routine and complex requests.
* Review transaction structures and legal documents to ensure operational mechanics are appropriate.
* Collaborate with internal groups across UMB’s Corporate Trust teams to ensure client accounts are compliant and administered properly.
* Provide day-to-day support to existing institutional/corporate trust accounts, including billing for administrative fees, facilitating transaction closings, handling cash and investment transactions, providing debt service calculations, and ensuring accurate/setup of issues on all systems.
* Prepare accounts for compliance review, review legal documents, and partner with the corporate legal team to ensure operational mechanics are appropriate and negotiate document provisions.
Qualifications
* A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
* At least 7 years of relevant experience.
Compensation
$76,520.00 - $163,900.00
