What They Are Looking For
The Digital Marketing Executive will develop and implement strategies to enhance online presence, increase website traffic, and generate leads for B2B and B2C audiences. The role requires a passion for marketing, strong communication and analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
1. Create and execute digital marketing strategies using platforms like Meta and Google Ads with measurable KPIs.
2. Collaborate across teams to ensure cohesive campaigns.
3. Manage digital campaigns, analyze performance data, and optimize accordingly.
4. Improve website performance, organic traffic, bounce rate, and conversions.
5. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
6. Manage and optimize social media channels.
7. Work with leadership to attract drivers (B2C) and acquire new customers via digital efforts.
8. Build and manage customer nurturing journeys through HubSpot.
9. Develop campaigns to re-engage lost customers using innovative marketing tactics.
Desired Characteristics
1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or related fields.
2. Experience in digital or content marketing is preferred.
3. Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
4. Experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot.
5. Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Ads, email marketing, and social media.
6. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
