Job Title: Senior CDP
As a Senior CDP, you will be mainly responsible for managing a section in the day-to-day running of the main kitchen as needed. We are looking to recruit a self-motivated individual to join this dynamic kitchen brigade and bring their personal flair to the role. You will work as part of a successful team, ensuring all daily tasks and preparations are completed. Additionally, you will supervise junior members, assisting and developing their skills.
Experience: Experience in a similar hotel environment with banqueting/event experience is desirable.
The Person:
Our client seeks someone passionate about delivering excellent service, regardless of the workload, with a good understanding of HACCP, Food Safety, and Allergen Legislation. Previous experience in a similar role is essential, along with the ability to organize and prioritize a busy workload. As a Senior CDP, you should enjoy working and cooking with the team and aim to achieve great results alongside the Sous and Head Chef. You need a keen eye for detail, the ability to stay calm under pressure, and support kitchen management by supervising junior team members.
