They have instructed me on an exclusive basis to identify a driven and hardworking Corporate Lawyer, to join them as a Legal Counsel within their high-performing Team. Due to the continued growth of the business, this is an amazing opportunity to work for a company with excellent career development opportunities. This is a role where you will witness the results of your hard work.
This is an example of a fantastic in-house role, whereby you will be able to sink your teeth into several different legal matters, including corporate, commercial, litigation, regulatory etc.
The successful candidate will be:
* Private Practice trained
* A 2-5 years PQE England and Wales Qualified Lawyer (will look at commonwealth qualified if they possess the experience required)
* Ideally a corporate lawyer (with commercial experience being present)
* Either working In-House within Financial Services or Private Practice (but has some in-house/secondment experience)
