We are seeking compassionate, experienced, and person-centred female support workers to join a dedicated team supporting a wonderful lady with learning disabilities, complex care needs, mobility needs, and behavioural risks.
Our client enjoys an active and meaningful lifestyle and thrives when supported by carers who take the time to understand her preferences, routines, communication style, and individual needs. She enjoys getting out in the community every day, baking, knitting, puzzles, shopping, and being actively involved in all aspects of her daily life.
Accessing the community is an essential part of her support and well-being, mklm. Successful applicants must be confident drivers who are happy to support regular outings, appointments, shopping trips, leisure activities, and community engagement using the client's Motability vehicle.
Shift Pattern
We can offer between 30–40 hours per week, comprising a mixture of:

✅ Full UK Driving Licence and confidence driving a Motability vehicle (small van)
