We have a permanent opportunity within our Building Maintenance Department for an Operative working Monday to Friday 06.00 to 15.00. Purpose of the Role: We have a permanent opportunity for an Operative to join our Building Maintenance Team. Key responsibilities: Working at heights Repair light fittings Installation of factory and office signs Carry out a variety repairs in line with good manufacturing practice Carrying works involving plumbing, joinery, electrical and more Adhere to the company’s H&S policies and procedures Adhere to the company’s Hygiene policies and procedures. Skills and Experience required: To have background knowledge in all aspects of building works (plumbing, joinery, electrical, and more) Experience within a similar role Good communication skills Ability to work as part of a team and lone working Ability to work using own initiative Maintenance related qualification
