This senior leadership role will deputise for the Executive Director of Adult Social Services and play a key part in shaping the future of health and social care in the city. You will join a committed leadership team working in partnership with the Manchester Local Care Organisation (MLCO) and NHS Greater Manchester Integrated Care Board to deliver transformation, improve outcomes, and champion strengths-based, person-centred practice. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership and direction for Adult Social Care (ASC) services, in line with the Care Act 2014. Lead on strategic and operational commissioning, ensuring sufficient market capacity, quality, and sustainability.
