* Competitive basic salary of £27,000 per year

What our Branch Supervisors do:
* Lead by example, working closely with the Branch Manager
* Provide excellent customer service and support
* Achieve operational standards and sales targets
* Support branch operations and team activities
* Ensure compliance with health and safety policies
* Conduct stocktakes and audits
* Maintain vehicle records and branch housekeeping
Requirements for our Branch Supervisors:
* Passion and energy for customer service and business targets
* Customer-focused, confident in serving customers
* Commercial mindset to drive sales and margins
* Good organizational skills and initiative
* Proficient in MS Office and industry software (e.g., SAP)
* Valid driving license; FLT license advantageous
* Ability to cover for the Branch Manager
* Experience in stocktaking, retail, builders merchant, glazing, or uPVC environment preferred
* Comfortable working independently and in small teams
