Hazlewoods is one of the largest independent Accountants and Business Advisers in the Southwest with fast approaching 600 employees across our offices in Gloucestershire, Cardiff and Bristol.
The Service Desk Manager will lead a team of five people, taking ownership of service delivery and supporting our employees who may be working in the offices, at home, or out on client sites. Whilst this is primarily a management role, we are looking for someone who also has a strong technical background who can assist with technical queries and drive through process improvements.
This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic IT team which utilises its significant investment in IT to support the firm. The role is predominantly based in our beautiful office in Staverton, Gloucestershire and will require travel between the other local offices, so a full driving licence is essential.
