In addition to external applicants, we are strengthening an internal route that provides motivated paralegals with clear guidance, structured support and actionable feedback throughout the training‑contract application process.
Responsibilities
* Support solicitors with legal research, drafting, and file management.
* Assist in the preparation of training‑contract applications and related documentation.
* Participate in training programs and developmental activities offered through our Learning Academy.
* Collaborate with team members and contribute to a client‑service mindset.
* Maintain familiarity with our IT systems and firm structure for efficient performance.
Qualifications
* Recent law graduate or experienced paralegal seeking substantial hands‑on experience.
* Strong behavioural alignment with a collaborative, team‑oriented culture.
* Motivation to pursue a training contract and openness to feedback and development.

* Willingness to work predominantly from the office with flexible hybrid arrangements when required.
